  • Log in to your account via the website or the Hof van Saksen-app.
  • Click on 'Add' under Add your created booking.
  • Enter the booking number of your booking. You will find your booking number in the confirmation you received by e-mail.
  • When your booking is linked to your account, it will display in both the app and the website.

You can only link a booking number to the e-mail address used to make the booking. So only the main booker can add the stay to his or her account.

Please note, if you have made a booking at a park in the UK, it is not (yet) possible to link your booking in the app. However, you can view the park's facilities and activities.

Once you have added a stay, you can find your booked stay under 'my bookings'. Are you already logged in when booking? Then we will add your booking automatically.

I would like to delete my account. How can I do this?
Unfortunately, you cannot delete your account yourself at the moment. We can delete your account details for you. Please contact the Contact Centre at telephone number +31-(0)70 300 35 06. (usual call charge).
